Just because I also always forget what is what here it is:

3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons = 1 ounce
8 ounces = 1 cup
16 ounces = 2 cups = 1 pint
32 ounces = 4 cups = 2 pints = 1 quart
128 ounces = 16 cups = 8 pints = 4 quarts = 1 gallon
